"The Cork" has been a local tradition for dining and drinks since 1966.

When the previous owner, Jonathan Landeen, decided to hang up his Chef's knife, longtime restaurateur Glenn Murphy and his wife Sally leapt at the opportunity to welcome friends, family, local residents and visitors into one of the most inviting restaurant spaces in Tucson. 


The pair met in the building next door 20+ years ago, when Glenn operated a live music venue called "Backstage". They both feel it's fate that this part of Tucson's previous "Restaurant Row" is now in their hands. Old adobe brick, weathered wood beams and four beehive fireplaces set a retro vibe for martinis, a menu of classics and making memories. Welcome to the new Cork Tucson!
